UNITECO Interat 1000UHT non-intumescent catalytic converter support mats are made from high-alumina polycrystalline wool (PCW) fiber without any other non-fiber material and show outstanding performance under all inlet gas conditions even up to 1000°C., the polycrystalline wool fiber is produced through advanced dry-process technique without any binder and vermiculite so the tensile strength is much higher.
UNITECO Interat 1000UHT non-intumescent catalysts support mats exhibit excellent erosion resistance and will not be affected by fuel condensates and/or urea for robust designs in the most demanding gasoline and diesel applications without the need of wire mesh rings or any other type of edge-treatment
UNITECO Interat 1000UHT non-intumescent catalyst substrate support mat is flexible and easy to assemble through different canning techniques with excellent handleability to be compatible with various of substrate as cordierite, ultra-thin wall (UTW), silicon carbide (SiC) and alumina titanate (AT) etc.
UNITECO Interat 1000UHT non-intumescent catalytic converter support mats provide not only excellent resiliency but also initial fastness at low temperature as well as excellent thermal stability at continuous high temperature above 1000℃ for mechanical support of various of substrates and thermal insulation in the field of high temperature working condition and large diameter of substrates as well as thin wall and ultra-thin wall substrate catalyst suitable for a wide range of emission control device especially diesel engine such as diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC), diesel particulate filters (DPF), selective catalyst reduction units (SCR), close-couple and underbody converters (gasoline, diesel and ethanol flex fuel).
